• At least 2 years’ experience in credit control.
• Proven ability to resolve queries and communicate clearly with clients.
• Experience in wholesale and/or e-commerce desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Sales Ledger and keep accounts on track.
• Monitor debtor ledgers to ensure timely payments.
• Investigate and resolve late payment issues.
• Manage payments through EDI portals.
• Build strong client relationships.
