Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Credit Controller to manage a UK and/or overseas debt ledger. You will work to remove roadblocks to payment, build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, and drive cash flow to meet targets.

You will join a dynamic team, contact clients by telephone to resolve invoices, and develop your skills through training and flexible working options as part of our hybrid policy.

Qualifications

• Credit Control / Accounts Receivable experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Having clear ownership of a UK and/or overseas debt ledger, resolving easy debt, tricky debts and everything in between
• Building great, productive relationships across all levels of the business
• Driving cash flow to meet your own and your stakeholders’ targets
• Helping stakeholders understand how to use of our Debt Collection Agency
• Raising the profile of the credit policies and Credit Management services
• Collaborative working style & a team player
