Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in Leeds, UK is seeking a Credit Controller to manage a portfolio of client accounts, driving cash flow and resolving payment blockers. You’ll own the UK debt ledger, chase overdue invoices and collaborate with Finance and operations to ensure timely payments.

You will develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, utilise our debt collection processes, and contribute to improving credit policies while pursuing professional development within WSP.

Qualifications

• Experience in Credit Control / Accounts Receivable or related roles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Great attention to detail and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a portfolio of clients and UK/overseas debt ledgers.
• Build productive relationships across the business.
• Drive cash flow and resolve blockers to payment.
• Collaborate on debt collection processes and policy awareness.
• Engage in debt review calls and join client discussions as needed.
