Job summary

Restore plc is seeking a Credit Controller to join our finance team in a hybrid role near Wolverhampton. You will manage debtor ledgers, chase overdue payments and produce regular cash flow reports to support the company’s growth.

The ideal candidate has B2B credit control experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle senior stakeholders. Salary ranges £28,000–£32,000 DOE, with 37.5 hours weekly and hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Background in credit control duties within a B2B environment.
• Strong communication with clients and issue resolution.
• Experience with Credit Safe or similar credit risk tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain individual debtor’s ledgers.
• Chase outstanding debt by phone, email and letters.
• Provide copies of invoices and statements.
• Collaborate with sales/invoicing teams to resolve queries.
• Perform credit risk analysis and checks via Credit Safe.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Escalate overdue debt to management when terms are not met.
• Meetings with internal teams daily/weekly.
• Administer credit card payments as required.
• Work with customers to resolve PO/portal difficulties.
• Maintain 40-day debtor days target.
