WSP is seeking a Credit Controller to proactively manage a portfolio of clients and drive cash collection for landmark projects. You will own debt ledgers, resolve debts of varying complexity, and build strong relationships across Finance and operational teams.

The role emphasizes effective communication, timely payments, and collaboration with external agencies to support project cash flow and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Credit Control / Accounts Receivable experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Great attention to detail and customer service.

Aufgaben

• Proactively manage a portfolio of clients.
• Own UK and/or overseas debt ledger and resolve debts of varying complexity.
• Build productive relationships across all levels of the business.
• Drive cash flow to meet targets.
• Engage with Debt Collection Agency processes and policies.
• Promote credit policies and Credit Management services.
