As a Credit Controller, you willbe responsible fortimelycollection of overdue debts whilstmaintaininga good levelof customer service.This role requiresaccurateinformation to be recorded on customer accounts and negotiate arrangements where needed.

Reduction of overdue debts via a portfolio of customer accounts, to agreed targets
Responsible for releasing orders in line with credit policy.
Responsible for placing customers on stop where necessary and removal of stops asrequired
Reviewing credit limits and applying for increased limits
Processing payments on customers’ accounts.
Reviewing and setting up customer Direct Debits
Sound knowledge of debt collection including a variety of techniques.
Able to negotiate with to bring a satisfactory outcome to all parties in difficult circumstances.
