Up to £21k - DOE

Agility Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of an energetic, fast paced organisation in the Preston area who are looking for an experienced Credit Control Assistant to join their growing Company.

We are recruiting for this role due to further growth of the business and my client is looking to recruit this role of Credit Control Assistant as soon as possible.

The Company is keen to employ dynamic individuals, therefore the candidate will be confident, can build relationships with ease, robust but also capable of dealing with many different tasks throughout the working day.

The Role will be to support & be an integral part of the Credit Control team, along with a customer facing perspective too, therefore you will need to be friendly and accommodating while having the relevant experience:

• Credit Control over telephone, email and letters
• Have the knowledge and experience of dealing with difficult situations with empathy whilst assisting with reduction in debtor days
• Answering the phone and dealing with queries including credit notes
• Liaising with other teams within the business and can reconcile effectively
• The successful candidate will have a keen eye for attention to detail while being able to handle workload accordingly and meeting deadlines effectively.
