Job summary

Wilkinson and Rivera in London is seeking a studio and production coordinator to join our hands‑on team. You’ll manage studio administration, purchasing, logistics, and project coordination for furniture and commercial production, with exposure to set decoration and prop handling.

The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable, and proactive, able to balance competing tasks and assist with production schedules across Greater London. This is a studio‑based role with occasional site work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in studio coordination or production support.
• Ability to manage workload and priorities independently.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Comfort with digital tools like Google Workspace and Asana.
• Flexibility to accommodate production schedules with early starts.

Responsibilities

• Studio management: monitor and replenish supplies; coordinate purchasing with workshop and production teams; keep studio tidy and presentable.
• Admin and logistics: maintain accurate records; manage furniture orders; handle basic shipping logistics; liaise with suppliers and couriers.
• Purchasing and procurement: source materials; compare prices; coordinate collections and deliveries; assist with bookkeeping in Xero.
• Production and set decoration support: source and return props/materials; assist with production planning and scheduling; attend shoots across Greater London.
• Runner duties for set decoration; assist with painting, prop prep, and set builds; travel to shoots as required.
