Wilkinson and Rivera in London is seeking a studio and production coordinator to join our hands‑on team. You’ll manage studio administration, purchasing, logistics, and project coordination for furniture and commercial production, with exposure to set decoration and prop handling.
The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable, and proactive, able to balance competing tasks and assist with production schedules across Greater London. This is a studio‑based role with occasional site work.
Wilkinson and Rivera is looking for a studio and production coordinator to join its team in London.
Wilkinson and Rivera is looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly organised studio and production coordinator to support the day-to-day running of both sides of our business.
Wilkinson and Rivera is an art, design, and manufacturing studio. Our sister company, W and R Productions, works across custom fabrication, set building, and set decoration.
Working from our studio and workshop in Camden, we’re a small, hands‑on team operating across two creative industries.
This is a varied role combining studio administration, purchasing, logistics, and project coordination with hands‑on experience across our furniture and commercial production work.
We’re looking for someone who can confidently manage their own time, prioritise tasks independently, and keep multiple projects moving.
One day you might be coordinating furniture deliveries and ordering workshop supplies; the next, you could be sourcing props, organising materials for a set build, or joining us on a commercial shoot.
This is primarily a computer‑based role, but one that offers direct exposure to the practical and logistical side of creative production.
We’re looking for someone who understands the importance of reliability, organisation, and initiative.
This is a studio‑based role at our Camden workshop (NW1 8HR), with occasional work on location across Greater London and the surrounding areas.
Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the workshop and accommodate early starts or late finishes when required by production schedules.
We’re a small, ambitious company, and everyone plays an active part in getting projects over the line.
The work is varied, fast‑paced, and occasionally demanding, particularly during production periods. It requires initiative, organisation, flexibility, and a willingness to take responsibility.
You’ll work closely with the company directors, gaining experience across furniture design, fabrication, set decoration, and commercial production.
We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the company. For the right person, there’s a clear opportunity to take on greater responsibility, develop their management skills, and work towards a more senior role in the company.
Standard hours are 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, including a 30‑minute unpaid lunch break, with some flexibility around individual preferences.
Early starts may be required for shoots and installations, but the standard eight‑hour working day will still apply, with start and finish times adjusted accordingly.
Any additional hours will be agreed in advance wherever possible and compensated through time off in lieu (toil).
