Job summary

Framestore is seeking a Production Coordinator for its Immersive Studio in London, working hybrid with time in our studio and some travel. You will coordinate across producers, supervisors, creatives, developers and artists to keep projects on time, on budget and of high creative standard.

Qualifications

• Degree of interest/experience in immersive projects and related experiences.
• Proven track record as a Production Coordinator in VFX, games, or immersive projects.
• Strong time and project management with ability to prioritise conflicting tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organised and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Track workflows across departments and coordinate with crew managers on start/end dates.
• Organise dailies, rounds and meetings; take notes and follow up on actions.
• Keep ShotGrid and/or JIRA up to date with notes, schedules and artist information.
• Oversee client deliveries in various formats and coordinate with editorial teams.
