Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in studio, office, or a practice administration role.
• Experience supporting finance and HR processes
• A confident, can‑do attitude and a willingness to get stuck in

Responsibilities

• Creating a welcoming client and team experience
• Managing office operations and studio culture
• Supporting payroll, invoicing, expenses, and banking activities
• Coordinating HR administration, onboarding, and staff records
• Managing Microsoft 365 systems and internal processes
