Jungle is looking for a Creative Strategist to support Brand Partnerships - a hybrid thinker who combines data, cultural intelligence, and creative storytelling to build standout ideas for our partners. You’ll sit at the heart of our publisher-powered ecosystem, working closely with the media brands’ creatives as well as data & insights & partnerships teams to turn audience understanding into powerful campaign platforms, partnership ideas and social-first concepts that deliver cultural relevance, ROI, and real campaign impact. This is a mid-weight role ideal for someone experienced in shaping social-first creative responses for brand partnerships, pitches, RFPs and integrated campaigns.

Energised by the fast pace of pitches, brand partnerships and social-first creative development
3+ years’ experience in a social-first agency, creator / publisher environment or brand partnership-led creative role
Demonstrable experience creating strategy and creative concepts for brand partnerships, pitches or integrated social campaigns
Strong understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat) and how to build ideas tailored to each
Confident interpreting data and performance insights to shape strategy and creativity
Excellent deck writing, storytelling and presentation skills
Ability to balance creativity with commercial understanding and ROI-driven thinking
A collaborative way of working and a proactive approach to problem solving
A genuine passion for social culture, creativity, creators and communities
Experience within FMCG, entertainment or beauty is a bonus, but not required
Partner closely with the Data & Insights team to uncover platform, audience and content learnings
Turn insights into compelling strategic narratives for brand partnerships
Distil complex data into simple, powerful creative springboards
Develop creative platforms, social-first ideas and content approaches for brand partnerships, RFPs and proactive pitches
Create clear, inspiring briefs for Creative and Production teams
Lead or contribute to brainstorms, workshops and ideation sessions
Collaborate with the Partnerships team on proactive and reactive responses
Build best-in‑class pitch decks, with a strong narrative, clear rationale and smart creative thinking
Present work internally and externally across pitches, workshops and partner meetings
Help shape hero ideas, develop content series, creator approaches, talent strategies and publisher‑leveraged opportunities
Ensure creative ideas align with audience behaviour, publisher best practice and partner objectives
Feed insights into the publishing team to ensure Jungle remains at the forefront of social innovation
Contribute to evolving Jungle’s strategic methodologies and best practices
Advocate for data‑powered creative thinking across the business
