Overview

A global presentations and communications agency, certified as a "Great Place To Work" and famed for its creative work with international high-growth enterprises, is on the hunt for a Project Manager to join the team, working alongside the client services team to manage complex projects for a range of enterprise technology clients.

If you have at least three years of experience working within a creative/marketing agency as either a Project Manager or Account Manager, excellent Project Management skills, and the ability to work across multiple projects for multiple accounts simultaneously, then this role is for you!

Location: Leicester (three days per week onsite)

Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum

Responsibilities
  • Own projects from initial brief to project delivery with strong planning and delivery capabilities.
  • Coordinate cross-agency teams, including designers, content writers and freelancers.
  • Create and manage project timelines, ensure budgets are adhered to and resources are allocated accordingly.
  • Take responsibility for internal CRM systems, maintain project trackers, schedule and track hours.
  • Lead status calls and feedback rounds with clients; act as primary point of contact.
  • Work well under pressure, adapt to project changes while maintaining client communications.
  • Think independently with a problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience in a creative agency environment with a strong understanding of the design process, including relevant terminology.
  • Experience using PM tools such as Scoro, Monday, Smartsheet or similar.
  • Ability to coordinate multi-projects for multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM systems and maintaining project trackers; scheduling and tracking hours.
