Salary: £18-25,000 per annum (depending on experience)

This boutique production agency is searching for a highly organised, supremely confident individual to join as a Creative Office Manager. This is a fantastic role for any self-assured candidate after a flexible role in a super-cool agency based in Shoreditch. This agency works with a number of huge global clients such as Versace, Adidas and Chanel producing beautiful film and still fashion advertising. They also have offices in Los Angeles!

What you will do
  • Be responsible for the smooth running of all aspects of the office. This includes everything from ordering stationary and answering phone calls to organising events with major suppliers.
  • Be the point all queries, greeting and liaising with clients.
  • Manage the company’s website and all social media pages.
  • Be involved in the production process by overseeing the organisation of shoot material and attending meetings with the senior team.
  • Assist the HR team by keeping personnel records up to date and assisting with new starter and freelance inductions.

  • A creative person interested in breaking into the production industry.
  • A confident, proactive person who can work both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Friendly, personable and bubbly.
  • Proficient in Mac systems, Microsoft Office, Abode, Keynote and social media platforms.
  • Admin/ front of house experience would be a bonus but not essential.
