About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Designer to elevate the Proactis brand through compelling visual storytelling and high-quality design solutions. In this role, you’ll shape our visual identity across digital, social, and print channels, ensuring consistency and creativity that drives engagement and supports strategic marketing objectives. You’ll have the opportunity to influence brand evolution and deliver impactful assets that make a measurable difference.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain high-quality creative assets across digital and print, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Develop marketing collateral including brochures, campaign assets, case studies, and event materials.
  • Create digital and social assets for paid and organic campaigns, including A / B variations.
  • Produce short‑form videos, animations, and motion graphics for social and web.
  • Support internal and external slide deck design, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and external partners to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Proactis’ visual identity and maintain brand libraries and templates.
What You’ll Bring
Essential Skills
  • 5+ years’ experience in graphic design, ideally within B2B or SaaS.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, campaign creative, digital assets, motion graphics, and UI for websites.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience designing for web and digital channels, including UI elements.
  • Ability to interpret strategic briefs into creative concepts and deliver polished outputs.
Nice‑to‑haves
  • Experience with design systems and brand refresh projects.
  • Familiarity with Figma or other collaborative design tools.
