A renowned lifestyle brand in Moreton-in-Marsh seeks a Creative Designer to visually shape the Daylesford Organic brand. Responsibilities include evolving creative direction, collaborating with teams, and developing design across various platforms. Ideal candidates have a strong, versatile portfolio and proven experience in both print and digital design. A passion for sustainability and excellent communication skills are essential for influencing the design of this iconic British brand. Join a team that values creativity and collaboration in an inspiring environment.
The Bamford Collection is a group of consciously minded lifestyle brands, united by a shared purpose: to nourish and nurture both people and planet.
What drives us is the belief that business should not simply minimise harm but actively do good. From the way we farm, design, create, and host, to how we collaborate with our communities, everything we do is rooted in responsibility, integrity, and care.
We are seeking a talented and thoughtful Creative Designer to join our in-house Creative team, based at Daylesford Organic Farm. Acting as a brand guardian for Daylesford Organic, you will help shape how our story is told visually — creating work that is aspirational, commercially effective, and deeply rooted in our values.
This is a rare opportunity to work at the heart of a working organic farm, collaborating closely with artisan producers, chefs, growers, and industry experts. You’ll have the creative freedom to influence the visual identity of an iconic British brand, while contributing to a business that places sustainability and ethics at its core.
If you are a discerning creative who blends strategic thinking with exceptional design craft — and who believes in the power of considered living — we’d love to hear from you.
