Job summary

Kings Arms in Oxford is seeking a hungry and skilled Chef de Partie to join our traditional pub kitchen team. You will work alongside the Head Chef to deliver high-quality, fresh dishes in a fast-paced environment and help design daily specials.

We look for hands-on cooks with a passion for great ingredients, good communication, and pride in both GP and service. The role offers progression through in-house development programmes and industry training.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong attention to food safety and hygiene practices
• Experience preparing fresh, quality dishes

Responsibilities

• Champion excellent service through quality food
• Deliver fantastic dishes consistently
• Act as hands-on Chef de Partie / Kitchen Supervisor
• Collaborate with Head Chef on menu design and daily specials
• Plan and organise to maintain GP and labour controls
• Drive sales and growth through kitchen and front-of-house teamwork
