Job summary
The Teller’s Arms in Farnham is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy, design-led premium pub team. This live-out role offers creative cooking on seasonal menus, a hands-on kitchen, and a platform to develop skills under an experienced Head Chef. You’ll contribute to daily specials, maintain quality and consistency, and help drive guest satisfaction in a lively atmosphere.

Qualifications
- Experience delivering quality food with excellent service
- Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on kitchen role
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Creative contribution to menus and specials
- Good planning to control GP and labour costs
- Proactive approach to driving sales with kitchen/front-of-house teams
- Desire to progress within the CDP development pathway
Responsibilities
- Champion excellent service through quality food.

- Design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials.
- Demonstrate creativity while working with Head Chef.
- Plan and organise to maintain GP and labour controls.
- Drive sales by engaging kitchen and front-of-house teams.
