Job summary

A creative studio in Greater London is seeking a Creative Assistant to support the Creative Director. Responsibilities include managing inboxes, preparing meetings, developing project ideas, and creating content for social channels. Job description

We are looking for a Creative Assistant to the Creative Director of a creative and music direction studio. This studio is a trusted creative partner for brands and artists, working across many outputs including tours, album campaigns, fashion shows, and brand collaborations.

The team is built on collaboration, trust, and creative freedom. They care about doing great work and being good people while they do it. Everyone contributes to the bigger picture, and we want to find someone to grow with them, creatively, professionally, and personally.

What the role entails
  • Inbox management, responding to emails and keeping on top of project developments
  • Organising and preparing for meetings
  • Managing calendars and internal project timelines
  • Booking travel
  • Compiling meeting notes and keeping internal project documentation up to date
  • Researching and developing ideas for client projects
  • Creating project assets such as sketches, renders and moodboards
  • Building decks in Google Slides (internal and external)
  • Occasional on-site support to the Creative Director, assisting with shoots, rehearsals and show days
  • Leading on scheduling content for owned social channels
  • Creating content (stills and video) for owned social channels
Skillset
  • Confident working with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Slides, Docs, Sheets)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop essential; Procreate or similar essential
  • Sketching skills with a strong sense of perspective
About you
  • Experience in an assistant or coordinator role within media, marketing or creative industries
  • Organised, proactive and collaborative
  • Passionate about music and design, and engaged with cultural experiences in your own time
  • Comfortable working flexibly in a fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities
  • Strong time management and able to meet deadlines
  • Able to take initiative and convert brainstorming sessions and client meetings into timely actions
Great if you have
  • A background in graphic design or a design‑focused role
  • Proficiency in Premiere, After Effects and other design software, plus experience with project management tools such as Teamwork, Monday.com or Asana
  • Experience in or understanding of the music industry
  • Experience in or understanding of AI

This role is based in the South‑East London office five days a week.
