Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice while ensuring CQC compliance.
• Lead the administrative team and support clinical staff.
• Represent the practice to external agencies, stakeholders and patients.
• Plan staffing, recruitment and performance reviews; manage workload.
• Oversee income, expenditure, budgets and financial reporting.
• Ensure data protection, confidentiality and information governance.
• Lead on health and safety and training; support service improvements.
