Job summary

Archvale Limited in Reading is seeking a CQC Registered Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a GP surgery. This permanent, full-time role covers administration, compliance, staff leadership and financial oversight, based at Westwood Road Surgery, Reading.

The role requires ensuring high standards of patient care, strategic service improvements and strong representation of the practice with external agencies and patients.

Qualifications

• Experience leading primary care teams.
• Ability to drive CQC compliance and quality of patient care.
• Experience with budgeting and financial planning.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the practice and admin team.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards.
• Lead recruitment, appraisals and staff development.
• Monitor finances, invoicing and cash flow management.
• Represent the practice to external agencies and patients.
