Dentalcare Group in Reading is seeking a CQC Registered Dental Practice Manager to lead our NHS/Private mixed practice. The role covers governance, staff recruitment, rota management, appraisals, and ensuring top quality patient care.

You will build strong relationships with associates, drive staff engagement and ensure compliance with Health & Safety, CQC and policy. The position is full-time with negotiable pay depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous dental management experience is essential.
• Ability to understand and work with budgets, targets and KPI's.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with the public.
• Be friendly, flexible, highly motivated, and able to work well under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies including Health & Safety
• Recruitment of support and clinical staff
• Management of team to include: Rotas, Appraisals as well as inductions
• Promoting a team environment and culture that is committed to executing a first-class service to our patients
• Build productive relationships with associates, supporting strong engagement and retention through regular touch base sessions
• Ensure quality for our patients through full compliance with all internal and legislative requirements (e.g. Health and Safety, CQC, Clinical Governance, Company policy)
• Support and resolve any employee relations issues to a satisfactory conclusion
• Ensure that the practice is offering the best proposition through their opening hours
• Ensure each practice is building their reputation in their local area as the go to dental practice.
