NHS Reading Westwood Road Surgery is seeking a CQC Registered Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and drive service improvements. The role covers financial stewardship, staff management, and liaison with external agencies.

The post offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday, with a competitive salary of 40–45K depending on experience, and NHS benefits. Prior CQC registration is essential.

• Experience of working with the general public.
• Experience of managing accounting procedures.
• Experience of managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate teams, enhance morale and maintain a positive working environment.
• Strong IT skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
• Lead administrative and clinical staff; support clinical team.
• Represent the practice to external agencies and stakeholders.
• Drive service improvements while meeting financial and operational targets.
• Plan staffing, training, and performance reviews.
