Dentalcare Group in Reading is seeking a CQC Registered Dental Practice Manager to oversee governance, policies and staff. The role involves coordinating recruitment, rotas, appraisals, inductions and fostering a team culture focused on first-class patient care.

The ideal candidate will have dental management experience, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and the ability to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements while promoting service excellence across the practice.

Formación

• Previous dental management experience is essential.
• Ability to work with budgets, targets and KPI's.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Reliable with excellent organisational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the clinical governance system and practice policies including Health & Safety.
• Recruitment of support and clinical staff; manage rota planning and inductions.
• Lead the team with appraisals and regular touch base sessions; promote a high standard of patient care.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, CQC, Clinical Governance and company policy.
• Develop strong relationships with associates and local stakeholders to improve service quality.
