Job Title: Dual Registered CQC Manager
Location: Dorset

Overview

We are partnering with a well-established homecare provider in Dorset seeking a dynamic and experienced Dual Registered CQC Manager. This is an opportunity to lead multiple branches within the county, driving quality, growth, and compliance across the service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple domiciliary care branches.
  • Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Oversee and support a strong internal team including 3 Seniors and a Team Leader.
  • Work closely with the Regional Manager to deliver performance and growth targets.
  • Manage existing private client base and County framework.
  • Ensure effective care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding, and governance.
  • Utilise in-house marketing team to drive service growth and brand presence.
  • Monitor KPIs, branch performance, and care hours (current level: 600 hours per week).
  • Build strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and external partners.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing care teams.
Requirements
  • Registered Manager experience within domiciliary care.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory expectations.
  • Experience managing multiple branches (or readiness to step up).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to drive growth while maintaining compliance.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional homecare services.
