Simply Education consistently needs a Cover Supervisor in the Banbury area. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising students in the absence of their teacher and supporting their learning and development.

This role involves responding to daily, short-term, and long-term bookings within secondary schools in the Banbury area. Many of the bookings are arranged in advance; for example, we may contact you on a Friday to offer work on specific days for the following week.

Job requirements:

You must be eligible to work in the UK

Have Strong Classroom Management

A formal qualification such as a British Bachelors or Masters Degree is essential, although previous experience in a classroom environment would also be considered.

You will be happy to undertake various days cover within differnet schools throughout the week.

A Passion for teaching and education.

Have a creative approach to teaching.

Be flexible and adaptable

Passion for supporting students in their learning;

Possess ambition and drive to become an outstanding class-room practitioner;

Excellent communication and lesson delivery skills;

A hard work ethic.

All of the work will be set for you and the overall role will entail delivering the set lessons to class sizes of up to 30 students.
