Cover Supervisor – Sports Coach (Alton)

In sport, every team needs a coach. In schools, every class needs a confident leader - and in Alton, that leader could be you. If you've ever motivated a group, adapted on the spot, or supported someone to achieve more than they thought possible, you already have the foundations of an excellent Cover Supervisor. Quokka Education is seeking sports coaches who are ready to bring their skills into local classrooms through flexible, daytime opportunities.

First Month – You'll get to know school routines, build rapport, and gain confidence in leading lessons using pre‑prepared materials – showing students your balance of warmth, clarity, and authority.

Second Month – You'll become a familiar and trusted presence. Schools will request you for your ability to provide calm, consistent leadership across subjects and year groups.

Third Month – You'll be established as one of Alton's most reliable Cover Supervisors, recognised for your professionalism, adaptability, and strong classroom presence.

Coaching is about progress, confidence, and connection. The classroom environment is no different. You'll guide students to develop resilience, teamwork, and self‑belief – just as you've done with athletes. This time, their "win" is academic progress and personal growth.
