Are you looking to gain experience in secondary schools or take the next step towards a career in education? We are a well-established education recruitment agency based in Tunbridge Wells, working with a variety of secondary schools across Kent and East Sussex, and we are currently seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors.

The Role

• Supervise classes during short-term teacher absence
• Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain on task
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Support students with their learning where appropriate
• Work across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities may be available)

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working with young people (education experience desirable but not essential)
• Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills
• Ability to manage behaviour effectively and professionally
• A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
