Principal Resourcing has a fantastic opportunity for Cover Supervisors to join our staff team across supportive Secondary Schools and Academies in Grimsby and surrounding areas.

Role Overview

The flexible role of a Cover Supervisor involves providing cover for pupils across KS3/KS4 curriculum with an immediate start. The position is ongoing to meet school needs. Responsibilities include delivering pre-planned lessons, supervising pupils, covering PPA, and managing short-term absences. Ensuring effective behaviour management in line with school policies and engaging pupils in the learning environment are key aspects of the role. Experience supporting pupils with SEN and adapting lessons to meet their needs is highly valued.
