Qualifications

• Must be available to work full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday.
• Previous experience within luxury fashion.
• An existing client book and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
• A passion for Christian Dior and our collections.
• Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.

Responsibilities

• To greet, serve and advise customers giving the highest standard of customer service at all times.
• Develop loyalty with customers through a personal shopper style approach to sales.
• Introduce add-on sales and achieve maximum sales potential.
