Job summary

City St George’s, University of London is seeking an experienced Exams Manager to oversee central examination operations across the University. You will lead the Exams team, coordinate scheduling, venues, invigilation and on-the-day management while ensuring compliance with academic regulations and governance frameworks.

We are looking for an experienced higher education professional with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, and a track record of driving process improvements

Qualifications

• Experience in higher education administration with examinations governance.
• Ability to lead and develop staff, manage deadlines and complex operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with stakeholder focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of central examination operations across the University.
• Ensure compliance with academic regulations and governance requirements.
• Manage examination cycles, including scheduling, venue allocation, on-the-day management and invigilation arrangements.
• Provide leadership to the Exams team and drive service improvements.
