Job summary

Evri in Grimsby is seeking a Courier Training and Onboarding Specialist to onboard couriers, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure smooth delivery operations. You will guide couriers, oversee onboarding, and support daily activity to maintain efficient service.

The role requires a current UK driving licence, understanding of the self-employed courier model, and experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. A bonus and benefits package accompany the salary.

Qualifications

Current UK driving licence.
Solid understanding of the self-employed courier model.
Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused operational environment.
Strong problem-solving, organisation and attention to detail.
Confident communication skills and the ability to spot and escape risks quickly.

Responsibilities

Onboard couriers and allocate work on-site.
Monitor parcel scanning, courier readiness and ensure compliance.
Address local issues such as late couriers, scanning delays, or missing parcels before escalating.
Use the Service Tracker to raise timely, transparent escalations when needed.
Support couriers with manifests, routing, and operational queries.
Provide daily operational feedback to the Territory Manager to optimise performance.
