Job summary

Evri Group in Loughborough is seeking a Courier Training and Onboarding Specialist to be the on-site champion keeping our Final Mile running smoothly across the hub.

You’ll onboard new couriers, monitor parcel scanning and readiness, resolve issues promptly and provide daily operational feedback to optimise performance.

This full-time role offers £28,000–£32,000 plus bonus and benefits, with opportunities to grow within a nationwide, customer‑centred delivery network.

Qualifications

• UK driving licence required.
• Solid understanding of the self-employed courier model.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused operational environment.
• Strong problem-solving, organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident communication and ability to spot and elevate risks quickly.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new couriers and allocate work effectively.
• Monitor parcel scanning, courier readiness and ensure compliance.
• Address local issues such as late couriers, scanning delays or missing parcels.
• Use the Service Tracker to raise timely escalations when needed.
• Support couriers with manifests, routing and operational queries.
• Provide daily operational feedback to the Territory Manager to optimise performance.
