Job summary

Evri is hiring a Courier Training and Onboarding Specialist in the Gloucester/Tewkesbury area. This full-time role involves onboarding couriers, coordinating daily work, and ensuring smooth operations across the delivery unit to keep parcels moving on time.

You will monitor scanning, readiness and compliance, resolve local issues, and provide guidance to the Territory Manager. A current UK driving licence and a solid understanding of the self-employed courier model are essential.

• Confident communication and ability to spot and avoid risks quickly.

Responsibilities

• Onboard couriers and allocate work effectively.
• Monitor parcel scanning, courier readiness and ensure compliance.
• Address local issues such as late couriers, scanning delays, or missing parcels before escalation.
• Use the Service Tracker to raise timely, transparent escalations when needed.
• Support couriers with manifests, routing, and operational queries.
• Provide daily operational feedback to the Territory Manager to optimise performance.
