Evri in Grimsby is seeking a Courier Training and Onboarding Specialist to onboard couriers, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure smooth delivery operations. You will guide couriers, oversee onboarding, and support daily activity to maintain efficient service.

The role requires a current UK driving licence, understanding of the self-employed courier model, and experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. A bonus and benefits package accompany the salary.

As a Courier Training and Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be the on‑site champion keeping our Delivery Unit’s running like clockwork. From supporting and guiding couriers to ensuring parcels are ready for collection, you’ll be the steady hand ensuring efficiency, compliance, and reliable service. You’ll oversee daily activity, tackle issues before they elevate, and keep the operation flowing seamlessly—so our customers get the great experience they expect.
