Job summary

Evri Group in Oxford, UK is seeking a Courier Training and Onboarding Specialist on a fixed-term contract. You will supervise the onboarding of new couriers, allocate work, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

This role requires a current UK driving licence, understanding of the self-employed courier model, and strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills to support a fast-paced, customer-focused operation.

Qualifications

• Current UK driving licence is required.
• Solid understanding of the self-employed courier model.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused operational environment.
• Strong problem-solving, organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills and ability to spot and escalate risks quickly.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new couriers and allocate work effectively.
• Monitor parcel scanning, courier readiness and ensure compliance.
• Address local issues such as late couriers or missing parcels before escalating.
• Use the Service Tracker to raise timely, transparent escalations when needed.
• Support couriers with manifests, routing and operational queries.
• Provide daily operational feedback to the Territory Manager to optimise performance.
