Evri Group is seeking a Courier Training and Onboarding Specialist in Marchwood, Southampton. You will lead onboarding, allocate work, and ensure courier readiness to keep parcels moving efficiently across the Final Mile.

The role requires a current UK driving licence, strong problem solving and customer‑focused operations experience, and a willingness to work across a fast-paced team. Salary is £28,000–£32,000 with bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Onboarding new couriers and allocating work.
• Monitoring parcel scanning and courier readiness.
• Resolving local issues before escalation.
• Using the Service Tracker to raise timely escalations.
• Assisting couriers with manifests, routing and queries.
• Providing daily operational feedback to management.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new couriers and allocate work effectively.
• Monitor parcel scanning, courier readiness and ensure compliance.
• Address local issues such as late couriers, scanning delays, or missing parcels.
• Use Service Tracker to raise timely escalations when needed.
• Support couriers with manifests, routing and operational queries.
