Job summary

Evri is hiring a Courier Training and Onboarding Specialist in Cardiff to oversee on-site courier onboarding, allocation of work, and daily operations. You will ensure parcel readiness, compliance, and timely problem resolution, helping couriers deliver reliable service across our UK network.

Ideal candidates have a current UK driving licence and a strong grasp of the self-employed courier model, with proven experience in fast-paced operational roles and excellent communication skills to spot

Qualifications

Current UK driving licence required.
Solid understanding of the self-employed courier model.
Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused operational environment.
Strong problem-solving, organisation and attention to detail.
Confident communication skills and the ability to spot and escalate risks quickly.

Responsibilities

Support onboarding of new couriers and allocate work.
Monitor parcel scanning, courier readiness and ensure compliance.
Address local issues such as late couriers, scanning delays or missing parcels.
Use the Service Tracker to raise timely, transparent escalations when needed.
Support couriers with manifests, routing and operational queries.
Provide daily operational feedback to the Territory Manager to optimise performance.
