Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an Operational Support Lead for the Locality Therapy and Nursing Services Pathway, supporting community nursing and therapy teams across Oxfordshire. The post leads and manages non-clinical staff countywide, covering rotas, KPIs, stock control and office oversight, while driving QI projects and patient engagement.

Regular travel between trust sites across the county is required, so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are needed.

Formación

• Experience leading administrative/non-clinical teams across large geographies.
• Line management including development, appraisals and HR issues.
• Experience with change management and driving continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead administrative and non-clinical teams countywide, including recruitment and staff development.
• Oversee workforce planning, rotas, attendance, pay queries and operational processes.
• Provide leadership across the Pathway and drive QI projects and service improvements.
