SynergyPlusRecruitment is seeking a skilled and reliable Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation in Bedford (MK43). This is a fantastic long-term opportunity offering guaranteed work until January 2026, with the possibility of extension or a permanent contract for the right candidate.

Location: Bedford, MK43

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 2pm-10pm

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving pallets and stock around the warehouse
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required
• Ensuring a clean and safe working environment
• Following all site health & safety procedures

Requirements

• Valid, in-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Previous experience in a warehouse or forklift role
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
