Sales Consultant

Salary: circa £25,000 + bonus

Type: Permanent

Location: Leicester

Hours: Full-time – Monday – Saturday (with a day off in the week)

As a Sales Consultant, you will be integral to the operations, delivering exceptional customer service and providing product and technical advice. This role would suit someone who is great with customer interaction and is looking to elevate their career to the next level.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service both in-person and via phone
  • Promote and sell company products, generating commercial sales leads
  • Manage the display and presentation of products, ensuring everything is labelled
  • Keep the showroom presentable at all times
  • Chase outstanding orders on a regular basis
  • Liasen with the warehouse team regarding stock availability
  • Input customer details onto a CRM database
