Flexible remote / hybrid (4 days remote / 1 day onsite)

Hybrid is genuinely hybrid, not the old “three days in, two days if you behave”. You can expect one or two office days per week max onsite, with plenty of remote freedom around that.

  • Drafting legal costs schedules for hearings, mainly across Housing Disrepair and Environmental Act matters
  • Negotiating costs on concluded cases and ensuring recovery without unnecessary faff
  • Liaising with fee earners and solicitors to streamline cost recovery processes
