  • Identify and manage technical tax risks, keeping up to date with legislation and guidance changes.
  • Support tax advisory projects such as M&A, reorganisations, R&D claims, and capital allowances.
  • Develop and support the team through mentoring and workflow planning.
  • Contribute to business development by maintaining client relationships and identifying opportunities.

The client is a leading firm within Norwich, who are growing their tax team. They work with a variety of clients from small owner-managed businesses large corporate groups. They are looking to expand their team by recruiting a Corporate Tax Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate tax compliance clients, including reviews and HMRC enquiries
  • Identify and manage technical tax risks, keeping up to date with legislation and guidance change
  • Support tax advisory projects such as M&A, reorganisations, R&D claims and capital allowances
  • Develop and support the team through mentoring, workflow planning and promoting firm values
  • Contribute to business development by maintaining client relationships, spotting opportunities and managing billing and productivity
Requirements
  • ACA or ACCA qualified or CTA
  • Significant experience of working with a top 50 accountancy practice
  • Experience of Supporting and mentoring colleagues
