Work Pattern: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

This is an exciting opportunity to join ICG at a pivotal point in its journey - the Group has grown very quickly and this role will be critical to ensuring that the governance platform is ready for the next stage of growth. ICG is searching for an energetic team player to take on the role of Company Secretary Manager. Reporting to the Head of Secretariat, you will provide support on company secretarial and corporate governance matters across the ICG Group, including ICG plc and ICG Enterprise Trust plc. The role will sit within the growing in‑house Group Legal team and will be based in ICG's London head office.
