Job Description

  • Assist with corporate transactions such as M&A, shareholder agreements, and restructures.
  • Support due diligence processes, draft ancillary documentation, and manage post-completion tasks.
  • Contribute to corporate real estate transactions, including share and asset purchases.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external counsel to ensure smooth transaction delivery.
  • Engage with international clients and legal networks on cross-border matters.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Participate in team briefings and contribute to process improvements.
