Corporate Commercial Solicitor (Legal Director), 7+ Years PQE, Worcestershire, £80,000+ (DOE) – This is a pivotal role for a senior lawyer who thrives on complex, high-value work and enjoys building lasting client and professional relationships. JOB REF:1999.

THE ROLE
  • As Legal Director, you will advise a broad range of individual and business clients on the full spectrum of commercial and corporate matters
  • Drafting and negotiating general commercial agreements: terms of business, supply and distribution agreements, service agreements, franchise agreements, and asset/share purchase agreements.
  • Advising on corporate structures: shareholder, LLP and partnership agreements.
  • Providing guidance on company restructures, corporate reconstructions, shareholder and warranty disputes, business sales, mergers and acquisitions, partnership deeds and related issues.
  • Playing an active role in business development—strengthening local professional networks and contributing to the firm’s commercial growth.
SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE
  • You will have proven experience managing your own caseload across a broad variety of complex matters.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisation and planning skills, and confidence working to deadlines.
