Responsibilities

• To handle a variety of corporate and commercial cases, advise clients on complex matters, and play a key role in driving the expansion of the practice area.
• Handling a diverse range of matters such as mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, management buy-ins/outs, restructuring, and finance.
• Supporting initiatives to grow the commercial legal services.
• Working with colleagues to achieve departmental targets and KPIs.
• Engaging in business development activities to attract and retain clients.

Candidate Profile

• A qualified Solicitor with over 4 years’ PQE.
