The role

The firm is hiring for a Corporate Commercial Partner to join their office based in the heart of the West End of London.

• You will join a team of five in the corporate commercial department. The team are highly experienced and have a reputation for punching above their weight.
• You will find a broad client base that spans many industry sectors, the variety will make for an interesting caseload.
• You will work with the Head of Department to drive the department forwards, you will be involved with planning and strategy, as well as mentoring more junior members of the team.
• The team receive most of their work from referrals which speaks volume to the level of service they provide.
• The caseload will include; Mergers and acquisitions, Restructuring and insolvency, Partnerships, Joint ventures, Shareholder agreements, Commercial agreements, Data protection, and inwards investment and start‑ups.
• You should be ambitious and someone who enjoys developing new business and building new relationships.
• This role could prove to be the perfect stepping stone for perhaps a senior associate, in a top‑heavy team seeking a pathway to partnership.
• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE +
