Corporate Associate / Senior Associate - Leeds (Hybrid)
The Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to join a busy and highly regarded corporate team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of corporate transactions, including M&A, capital markets, cross-border investments, corporate structuring, and private equity deals. The successful candidate will also have exposure to national-level projects and collaboration with colleagues across the wider corporate network. The role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, combining office-based and remote working.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and manage corporate transactions from start to finish, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Support national-level corporate initiatives and assist on complex, cross-border deals.
  • Advise clients across a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, retail, recruitment, and education.
  • Supervise and mentor junior colleagues, sharing expertise and helping develop their skills.
  • Contribute to business development and client relationship-building initiatives.
About You
  • Qualified solicitor with 3+ years post-qualification experience in corporate law.
  • Strong technical knowledge across M&A, corporate structuring, and related corporate matters.
  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
  • Professional, proactive, and client-focused with strong commercial awareness.
  • Enthusiastic about business development and building long-term client relationships.
