A leading waste management company is seeking a Corporate Account Support Manager to enhance the commercial relationship with corporate clients in the Holiday Park sector. This full-time role is predominantly based in the South of England and involves significant travel to various customer sites. The Corporate Account Support Manager supports the commercial relationship between Biffa and its Corporate clients in the Holiday Park sector sitting within the wider Leisure & Hospitality team covering growth/development, meeting the relevant KPI's and SLA's compliance , customer satisfaction and retention, to ensure consistency and high quality service.
The role is predominantly Southern based and will have significant travel, spending time with our holiday park customers – such as on-site education programmes and project-based activities.
